GEN Z GOES TO WORK
In collaboration with St. John’s University, ForceBrands surveyed 450 soon-to-be and recent college grads (ages 18–27) to decode Gen Z’s perspectives on job hunting, workplace expectations, and social media habits. I translated those insights into a visually engaging report that highlights how brands & employers need to adapt to this next-generation workforce.
Through charts, data points, and typographic hierarchy, the project aimed to spark conversations - and position ForceBrands as attuned to Gen Z’s evolving mindset.
SALARY & MARKET TRENDS REPORT 2025
As creative lead for ForceBrands’ 2025 Salary & Market Trends Report, I transformed raw survey data into a compelling visual narrative that empowers clients and candidates alike. Through intuitive layouts, clear infographics, and strategic hierarchy, the report surfaces key compensation benchmarks, market shifts, and hiring insights across beverage, food, beauty & wellness, cannabis, and pet sectors.
The result: a polished, data-forward asset that supports ForceBrands’ positioning as a thought leader in talent strategy - and becomes a go-to reference for hiring professionals and marketers.

BRAND PLAYBOOK
I designed a Brand Strategy Playbook that translates ForceBrands’ strategic positioning into a living toolkit for the team. Every page maps out tonal direction, visual guidelines, messaging architecture, and do’s/don’ts across channels - so that whether someone’s writing email copy, creating social posts, or crafting proposals, they stay on-brand.
This playbook elevated consistency across touchpoints, reinforced a people-first brand identity, and scaled brand integrity as ForceBrands grew and added new team members.
FORCE SWAG
Collabed with the talented Corey Reifinger on an illustration capturing the unique energy of ForceBrands’ five core industries.
forcebrands.com refresh
A full-scale refresh of the ForceBrands homepage, modernizing the brand’s digital presence to reflect its evolution as a leader in consumer brand recruitment. The redesign unifies our talent solutions under one cohesive story, simplifying user journeys while elevating the visual system with bold color, clean typography, and lifestyle-driven imagery. The result: a dynamic, human-centered experience that balances professionalism with personality and drives conversion across talent and client pathways.
@forcebrandsjobs
I took the reins on the visual identity for @forcebrandsjobs, designing the posts to be immediately scannable, modern, and compelling - tailored for early-career job seekers. Because the job board targets entry to junior-level roles, I crafted a youthful visual language (color, type, layout) that would cut through feed noise and resonate with that demographic.
Partnering closely with the Editorial Director (who set the content cadence), we created a cohesive experience that increased engagement, strengthened employer awareness, and positioned ForceBrands as the go-to career hub for next-gen talent.
FORCEBRANDS OVERVIEW
I designed the flagship ForceBrands Overview Deck, a high-impact introduction to the full suite of talent solutions (Impactful Search, Direct Hire, Force Job Board, goHIRE). The goal was to make a strong first impression through bold layouts, visual storytelling, and streamlined messaging.
This deck is now a primary sales tool, bridging strategy and creativity to help prospects quickly internalize what ForceBrands offers.
Building the teams of tomorrow
ForceBrands asked some of today's top marketers about strategic decisions they were faced with during the pandemic and the ripple effect marketers at all levels continue to navigate. I designed the template and demographics pages for this report, which was completed by the talented designer Melissa Turi.
